EADD-
 is an ambitious 5 years program designed to transform the lives or 
recourses poor families through a competitive and inclusive dairy value 
chain Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.  AEDD
 II Tanzania is strategic to reach 35,000 farm families to 210, 000 
dependents and 200,000 dairy stake hooked in the dairy value chain.  The program is implementented to southern Highlands of Tanzania and based in Mbeya

JOB LEVEL:                                          SPECIALIST
FUNCTIONS
Reporting
 to Senior Business Development Manager and working closely with the 
field operations manager and cluster leaders, the program officer will 
oversee the pilot of the milk feeding project and will carry out both 
activities of dairy marketing as well as communications.  HE/SHE
 will also liaise with the key the actors of the SMFP which include the 
farmer’s district educations officers and enrolled schools. In 
corroborations with other actor’s educations officers and schools on 
right time, quantities and monitor/track of student progress, 
documentations of the lesson learnt, setting periodic, target, plans and
 reports.  The program office on
 collaborations with business team will provide technical support and 
dairy/milk marketing by development IEC material, prepare media 
programmers and organize educations/ awareness/campaigns/events on 
nutrition’s value of milk
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-          Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, business administrations, community mobilizations, project  management, agribusiness, food and nutrition’s sciences related field
REQUIREMENTS
-          Experience in supporting and monitoring field based programs in the country
-          2-3 years of marketing and content creations experience
-          Minimum of 1 year  in leadership capacity
-          Operational experience in startup-growth phase enterprises especially social enterprises
-          Proven experience in staff and other stakeholders training
