POSITIONS:                        SALES ASSISTANT

REPORTS TO:                      SALES ADMINSTRATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS

-          Bachelor degree in business administrations, finance, commerce, economics and its equivalent

-          1 year experience working in manufacturing/cement industry sales marketing or its equivalent

-          Must computer literacy and able to communicate In English and Kiswahili

DUTIES AAND RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Responsible for prepare sale order based on acceptance credit limits

-          Responsible for prepare and filling of delivery notes and tax invoice

-          Weighing and preparations of documents for the receipt of incoming and outgoing goods/products and material

-          Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of the weighbridge performance

-          Preparations of daily weighbridge reports

-          Ensure good housekeeping and safe working place

-          Reform any other duties that may be assigned
