BRAC in Tanzania is seeking application from competent, dynamic and self-motivated individuals to fill up the following position;

FINANCE MANAGER.

Job Responsibilities.

·         Report to the Head of accountsandFinance.

·         Control and be in charge of an organization’s accounting operations, including the production of financial reports.

·         Preparing financial reports and forecasting on monthly basis and submitting to Head of Accountants and Finance.

·         Preparing donors reports as required and submitting to Head of Accounts for review.

·         Involved in budgeting preparation for new Programs.

·         Do other activities as assigned by Head of Accounts and finance.

·         Budget Variation reports, reports preparation on monthly basis.

·         Manage all accounting and tax functions including reporting, budget control, cash management and tax planning for the Organisationoperation.

·         Develop efficient and effective financial systems including internal control, budget control, financial policies and procedures.

Required qualifications:

·         Degree in Accountancy and / or Finance

·         Professional qualification (CPA& ACCA)

·         Minimum of 3 years’ experience on report writing role

·         Strong financial analysis.
