CCBRT aims to empower people with disabilities and their families, improve their quality of life, and ensure access to medical and rehabilitative treatment. Committed to preventing disabilities wherever possible, CCBRT is now expanding its Private Clinic Services and becoming more competitive in delivering its services in order to become a flourishing social enterprise.
Are you the candidate we’re looking for to become an enthusiastic and results focused Sales and Marketing Manager, with a passion for serving people and helping CCBRT’s private clinic providing excellent health care services to clients? The incumbent will support the development of Private Services at CCBRT and raise the profile of CCBRT’s Private Clinic to external audiences through the design and execution of strategic marketing plans to attract and retain clients.

The role
As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will establish and execute a marketing strategy for CCBRT private services, utilizing both digital and traditional media by promoting private services, incl. optical and pharmacy, and by managing marketing campaigns on social media as well as developing marketing tools, such as an information booklet, leaflets, brochures and electronic mailings etc. You’ll also develop and maintain a new CCBRT Private Services website in alignment with the format and content of the main CCBRT website.
You will also establish a branding and messaging policy for external and internal representations of CCBRT’s private services. With an active role in customer services, you will create plan and train all staff in CCBRT Private Clinic on customer care, setting the standard for the clinical environment (deco, music lights etc) and supervise information desks and appointments.
As a team player, you’ll develop relations between the CCBRT Private Clinic and clients / potential clients and negotiate internally with different teams in all departments in order to provide excellent services to the clients in the most appropriate least invasive manner possible. Conferring with other managers and Heads of Department, you’ll discuss managerial and customer care issues, and client needs.
The candidate

• A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business / Commercial studies or equivalent, with at least 5 years’ experience as commercial/marketing manager in corporate sector or service industry. Health sector experience will be an added advantage
• Has effective communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
• An advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite
• Is aware of commercial activities
• Project and time management skills
• Possesses both excellent interpersonal and networking skills and have a methodological approach to problem solving
• Results focused individual
