Responsibilities
· Conduct the end of project Evaluation
· overall effectiveness, efficiency, impact, continued relevance and sustainability of project in Tanzania
· Take stock of current program achievements, challenges and opportunities
· Verify the continued relevance of the program
· Assess the program design, objectives, strategies and implementation arrangements incl. proposed plans for sustainability
· To present the key findings, draw the lessons learned, and provide a set of clear and forward-looking options to inform management decisions and stakeholders and to strengthen Country Program
· Capture Best Practices which can be replicated and/ or scaled up outside the current project sites and crops for lessons and experience sharing.
· Design a new project document on women leadership and political participation based on best practices, recommendations and lessons learnt from the project
Other Qualifications and Advantages
. Must have experience in conducting projects on Women
. Leadership and Political Participation
· Must possess strong research and analytical skills
· Must have background for Project writing, monitoring and evaluation
