Job title: Quality Improvement Officer
Primary manager: Quality Improvement Manager
Location: Arusha, with up to 75% in-region travel
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Three or more years work experience in HIV programming, with prior experience implementing quality management programs using UI tools;
• Training and experience in Quality Management/Quality Improvement and the development of QI tools; preferably of HIV& AIDS interventions or a related field, or otherwise the capacity and motivation to acquire an in-depth knowledge of this field in a short time;
• Experience in data management, UI tool development and development and facilitation of training;
• Proven proficiency with 01 tool development and use at field and reporting levels using data management programs (Excel, Access, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Kiswahili); strong critical thinking, problem solving and attentiveness to detail.

Location: Tabora Nzega with up to 75% in-region travel
Required Qualifications
A university degree in Information technology, statistics, health sciences or any field providing the essential skills and experience for HIS and M&E.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Three or more years work experience in monitoring and evaluation, including experience with M&E tool development at field and reporting levels, the DHIS, data capture and data management programs (Excel, Access, Power BI, etc.).
• Training and experience in Monitoring and Evaluation and the development of M&E tools; preferably of HIV& AIDS interventions or a related field, or otherwise the capacity and motivation to acquire an in-depth knowledge of this field in a short time.
• Experience in database management, tool development and developing and conducting training.
• Previous experience in HIS management, program management and reporting; preferably under US Government regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Kiswahili); strong critical thinking, problem solving and attentiveness to detail.

Job title: Council Project Coordinator
Primary manager: Senior Project Manager
Locations: Project offices: Arusha, Tabora
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities
• Coordination of council implementation plan to provide integrated HIV, FP and TB services
• Provide technical assistance to councils to build capacity of council and health facility staff to offer quality integrated HIV, TB, and FP services
• Performance monitoring and reporting, including financial monitoring of sub-agreements and programmatic monitoring.
Required Qualifications
• Graduate degree in health or social sciences
• Master's in Public Health would be advantageous
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• At least 5 years' experience with MNCH and HIV/A1DS programs is essential
• Knowledge in Project Management and Quality Improvement
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literacy, with comfortable working experience with the basic Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Ms Outlook)
• Should be fluent in both Kiswahili and English
