Location: Kibondo (Mtendeli camp)
Reports to: Principal
Contract Duration: Nine months, April – December, 2017 (Contract could be extended subject to funding)
General Responsibilities
• Teach relevant subject to trainees in one or more year’s levels.
• Plan lessons in line with VETA curriculum documents.
• Carry out assessment and evaluation to students as per Competence Based Assessment (CBA)
• Responsible to ensure safety of class properties that are under his/her authority
• Managing student attendance records, grades and other records
• Ensure student’s discipline as per the center regulations
• Required to follow all regulations and procedures set by Good Neighbors Tanzania.
Qualification and experience
• Diploma in Education majoring in English Language or Linguistics
• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swahili and English. Application Instructions
