To support our rapid growth we are looking for a

Regional Sales Manager Lake Zone (m/f)
With a strong track record in managing Sales Teams operating in rural areas
Location: Tanzania, Lake zone
Full time, indeterminate, as soon as possible



Are you a seasoned Sales Manager? Are you able to effectively plan sales and market activation activities in a large region? Then we are looking for you! As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team of Sales Agent Coordinators (SAC), who in their turn manage a team of Sales Agents. You will drive sales for one or two designated administrative regions, focusing on enabling the SACs, understanding the market, and achieving high sales volume and quality results by ensuring an excellent customer experience. In this position, you will be responsible for:



Managing and ensuring that each SAC is achieving individual sales and marketing targets and contributing to the team’s monthly sales target
Ensuring that Sales Agents make high quality sales: Implementing a sales strategy with strong focus on developing high quality customer relationships based on trust, and using planned and surprise visits to monitor.
Planning regional budget and reporting to the Zonal Sales Manager
Regional sales and marketing resource planning, also collaborating with regional Technical and Customer Finance teams
Creating strong monthly sales plans, also collaborating with regional Technical and Customer Finance teams, that cover all sales and below-the-line marketing initiatives.
Reporting about sales and marketing activities to the Zonal Sales Manager


Qualification

Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field is a plus
Strong sales acumen and at least 3 years experience in sales management with proven record of successful sales
Good experience and skills in performing analysis of sales trends and market trends, generating and applying insights to trigger sales growth
Proven ability in budgeting and planning in sales and marketing
Proven record of building and managing a geographically dispersed yet cohesive team
Strong leadership skills based on empowerment
Strong focus on customer experience
Creative approach in lead creation and customer engagement
Dynamic self-starter, high energy and strong initiative
Team leadership skills
Willing to travel domestically, notably in assigned region
Self-starter with a passion for Mobisol´s vision to plug in the world
Fluency in Swahili and English; fluency in additional local language(s) is a plus

Sales Agent Coordinator (m/f) Tanzania
With a strong background in sales management in rural areas
Location: Tanzania, positions available across the country
Full time, indeterminate, as soon as possible

Are you a seasoned Sales Champion? Are you able to motivate and coach your sales team to the best of its performance? Do you know how to sell in rural and peri-urban areas? Then we are looking for you! As a Sales Agent Coordinator you will be responsible for leading your Sales Team, consisting of 6 to 8 Sales Agents, in a certain district. You are constantly in contact with your Sales Agents and you are the one empowering them to reach their sales targets. In this position, you will be responsible for:

Achieving the sales targets in your assigned Territory
Mentoring each SA to enhance operational performance, motivation and engagement.
Training and on the job coaching of SAs on topics including pitching, sales conversation, closing, and building of strong and long-lasting relationships with customers
Organizing and facilitating regular team meetings with your Team
Evaluating Sales Agent performance, developing and implementing plans for improvement, discussing sales achieved, strengths, weaknesses, and training plan
Reporting about sales activities on a daily basis


Qualification

Degree in Sales or related field is a plus
Sales experience is essential; two years’ experience in B2C sales and at least 1 year in sales management or a related field is a plus
Ability and a passion for coaching and training sales agents
Strongly customer focused
Dynamic self-starter, high energy and strong initiative
Willing to travel in Territory assigned and attend trainings/events in regional/zonal/national hubs
Fluency in Swahili and English; knowledge of Territory local language(s) is a plus
