The National Security Agency (NSA) is an intelligence organization of the United States federal government responsible for global monitoring, collection, and processing of information and data for foreign intelligence and counterintelligence purposes, a discipline known as signals intelligence (SIGINT). I.                    JOB POSITION

Title: Supervising TSS Staff	Dept: NOC Department - Viettel Tanzania

II.                  WORKS AND GUIDELINES

2.1	Level 1 supervising for TSS network: -   Supervise the fiber-optic cable, microwave network. -   Update the special alarms for supervision as priority.	-    According to the classification of supervision, administration and troubleshooting in the telecomication network. -    DWDM, Microwave network supervising guide.
2.2	Executive, coordinate: -   Coordinate & operate handling all problems related to TSS system. -   Urge on handling pending alarm on TSS system. -   Coordinate to check and evaluate about performance index, propose to increase or decrease the band wide in connection. -   Support related parts to implement the irregularly job.	-    Follow the supervising process of telecommunications networks, troubleshooting process of technical problem.
2.3	Collect the reports, handover cases: -   Update the network maps of TSS system. -   Update all ifomation into the daily problem report -   Collect data and do periodly reports by weekly/ monthly/ quaterly. -   Notes the detailed information on record book. -  Hand over all done and pending job to next shift.	-    Follow the supervising process of telecommunications networks, troubleshooting process of technical problem.
2.4	Training: -   Fully participate in the internal department training and other departments. -   To improve profession knowledge by seft-training.	-   According to the regulations

III.               RIGHT – RESPONSIBILITY – RELATIONSHIP – REPORT

To request technical support when face difficult at work.
2.      Responsibility:
-          To be responsible to the Network Operating department manager about the correct data of reports.
-          To be responsible to the Network Operating department manager, head of division about the past supervision of network’s quality; Operate to handle the problems, trouble shooting process.
-          To be responsible to notes the detailed the information on record book, handover the working shift.
-          To be responsible to coordinate with troubleshooting processor at province/city branches in shift work.
3.      Relationship:
-          Depament manager, Chief of division, Leader: be directed, guided by Department manager, chief of division, leader in monitoring and operating rescue information.
-          Within the department/ division: coordinate with other related divisions.
-          The department/ Unit in Viettel Group: synergistic relationships and coordinate
